Setting up Family Plans

What is a Family Plan?

Family plan lets you choose the number of family members who can be on it. This also allows them to have have a separate profile for each of their family members.

How do you create a Family Plan?

1. Pay Monthly - Unlimited Plan

  1. Go to the Plan section Account → Club Setup →Plans
  2. Add Plan
  3. Setup the plan the way you want. E.g Unlimited Classes for £85
  4. In the Family And Friends section select the number of family members allowed on this plan
    • Every family member will get the same unlimited plan
    • Main account holder will pay £85

2. Pay Monthly - Limited Plan

  1. Go to the Plan section Account → Club Setup →Plans
  2. Add Plan
  3. Setup the plan the way you want. E.g. 5 classes per month for £50
  4. In the Family And Friends section select the number of family members allowed on this plan
    • Every family member will get 5 classes per month
    • Main account holder will pay £55

3. Pay As You Go (PAYG)

  1. Go to the Plan section Account → Club Setup →Plans
  2. Add Plan
  3. Tap the Pay As You Go tab
  4. Setup the plan the way you want. E.g. £10 per class
  5. In the Family And Friends section select the number of family members allowed on this plan
    • Main account holder needs to subscribe to the PAYG plan
    • Members can book classes and pay the PAYG price every time
    • Credit from cancelled classes will be attributed to the main account holder but can be used by any of the family members.
