Offers
Currently, you can setup 2 types of offers
- Free Classes
- No Yearly membership fee for the 1st year
Offer Details
Offer Name(required)
- Enter a name for your Offer. Make sure your Offer Name describes your Offer clearly to your Members.
- The Offer Title will be displayed as a Title of the Offer on the home screen of the Student app.
Offer Subtitle (optional)
- If you want to give more detail about the Offer you can enter the details here.
- Maximum of 100 characters.
Description(optional)
- This is an optional field and if you choose you can leave it empty.
- If you want to give a detailed description about the Offer you can enter the details here.
Instructors (optional)
- Instructor is automatically pulled from the Senseis you have added in Club Setup → Senseis.
- By default All instructors is selected.
- If you select All Instructors then the offer will apply to all instructors in your club
- If you select a Sensei then offer will only apply to members of that Sensei
- If the Instructor is not displayed please add the Instructor by going to Account → Club Setup → Sensei
Redemption Limit (required)
How many times an offer can be redeemed.
E.g. If you setup an offer for 2 free classes and set the Redemption Limit to to then the member will get 4 free classes
Eligibility
This is where you can select who is eligible for the offer. There are 3 main groups of people you can give the offer to.
1. Everyone
If you select 'Everyone', then all of your members will be eligible for the offer and will appear of their app to redeem.
New Members
New members who do not have an active membership plan.
New Registration via Link
- All members joining the club via link will be eligible for the offer.
- QR code and a link will be generated when the offer is created and displayed on the Offers screen.
