The way Strip manages recurring subscription is by knowing

By linking your Stripe Account with Mokuso Platform, when you create subscription Plan on the Mokuso Platform then the corresponding plans will be created in Stripe automatically.

This will only allow Mokuso Platform to only create plan and receive event notifications such renewal failed etc.
