Setting Up Class Schedule

Navigate to:

  1. Account (bottom right corner)
  2. Tap / click on Club Setup
  3. Tap / Click on Class Schedule
  4. Tap / Click on Add Class Schedule button
  5. Manage Class Schedule Page is opened

Manage Class Schedule (Add Class Schedule)

Class Schedule Detail

Class Title (Required)

  • Enter a name for your Class. Make sure your Class Title describes your Class clearly to your Students.
  • The Class Title will be displayed as a Title of the Class on the Student app.

Class Subtitle (optional)

  • If you want to give more detail about the Class you can enter the details here.
  • Maximum of 100 characters

Description (optional)

  • This is an optional field and if you choose you can leave it empty.
  • If you want to give a detailed description about the Class you can enter the details here.

Venue (required)

  • Venue is automatically pulled from the venues you have added in Club Setup → Venues.
  • By default the 1st venue is selected.
  • If your venue is not displayed please add the venue by going to Account → Club Setup → Venues

Instructors (required)

  • Instructor is automatically pulled from the Senseis you have added in Club Setup → Senseis.
  • By default the 1st Instructor (Sensei) is selected.
  • If the Instructor is not displayed please add the Instructor by going to Account → Club Setup → Sensei

Capacity (required)

  • If you want to limit the number of students in each class then enter the maximum number of students in that class here. Once the capacity is reached students can’t book that class unless someone cancels their booking.

Class Scheduling

Start Time (required)

  • Time the class starts

End Time (required)

  • End time of the class

On What Days (required)

  • What days of the week classes will be held

Repeating

  • Is this a recurring class? If so, select how often the class is repeating. By default weekly is selected.

Restrictions

  • If you set restrictions then only Students with the restriction can view the class schedule.
  • E.g. If you set the restriction for only White and Red belts then Students who are on White and Red belts can view the class schedule.

From Grade

  • Selecting in this drop down list will be included in the restriction.
  • E.g. If you select White then all white belt students will be able to view this class schedule.

To Grade

  • Selection on this dropdown will be excluded in the restriction. It's up to and excluding the selection.
  • E.g. If you want this plan to only apply to White and Red belts then your To Grade must be Yellow
