How does the Pay As You Go (PAYG) family plan work?

  • This is only available if you club has a PAYG family plan.
  • Class credits are shared from the main account.
    • Available Classes on the member profiles will always be 0

Booking Classes

  1. Go to the profile you want to book the class for
  2. Tap on the Classes at the bottom menu
  3. Find the class you want to book
  4. Click on 'BUY ADDITIONAL CLASS' button
  5. Confirm purchase
  6. Payment is scheduled and will be taken on the renewal date

Cancelling Classes

  1. Go to the profile you want to book the class for
  2. Tap on the Classes at the bottom menu
  3. Tap on the Booked tab at top of the screen
  4. Tap on the class you want to cancel
  5. Click on the 'CANCEL CLASS BOOKING' button
  6. Class is cancelled and a class credit is added to the main account profile
  7. Switch back to the main account profile and see the class credit has been increased by one
