Why can I not book a class even though I have an active membership?

This is usually caused by using the wrong profile within the app. Classes must be booked through the student's profile, not the parent/guardian profile.
Step-by-Step Instruction: How to Switch to a Child's Profile to Book Classes

  1. Locate the Profile Icon: Look in the top right-hand corner of the app screen.
  2. Identify the Profiles: You will see the current profile’s initials in a box (often green for the parent/guardian, or orange for the child).
  3. Switch Profile: Tap on the initials to switch to your child’s profile (e.g., the profile labeled 'AJ' with an orange box).
  4. Book the Class: Once in the child's profile, locate the class. The 'Book Class' button should now be displayed.
