Events
set the If you want to create one off events then navigate to:
Navigate to:
- Account
- Tap/Click on the Club Setup
- Tap/Click on Events
- Tap/Click on ADD EVENT
Enter Event Details
Event Name(required)
- Enter a name for your Event. Make sure your Event Name describes your Event clearly to your Members.
- The Offer Title will be displayed as a Title of the Offer on the home screen of the Student app.
Event Subtitle (optional)
- If you want to give more detail about the Event you can enter the details here.
- Maximum of 100 characters.
Description(optional)
- This is an optional field and if you choose you can leave it empty.
- If you want to give a detailed description about the Event you can enter the details here.
Event Type - To Define what happens when you select different types
- You can select the event type of event you are creating.
- By default, Generic event type is selected.
Available event types are:
- Generic
- Grading
- Course
Event Status
By default Open status is selected.
There are 5 status for the Events:
- Pending
- If you set the Event Status to pending and save the event then the event is created.
- The Event is not visible to your members.
- Invite
- If you set Event Status to Invite and save the event then the event is created.
- The Event is not visible to all members.
- Preview
- If you set the Event Status to Preview and save the event then the event is created.
- Event is listed on the Events screen with the status Preview.
- Event will be visible to all eligible members.
- Open
- If you set the Event Status to Open and save the event then the event is created.
- The event will be visible to all eligible members.
- Members can book Open Events.
- Closed
- If you set the Event Status to Closed and save the event then the event is Saved as Closed.
- Closed Events are not visible to Members.
- Event will still be visible for members who have booked that event.
- You can use this status when you want to stop additional members booking events but still want the event to continue with the booked members.
