What is a Family Account?

Family account is where the main account holder can create additional member profiles for their family members.
Each profile will work as an individual account but with some limited capabilities.
Main account holder can switch between the profiles and perform tasks such as booking classes, booking events, updating syllabus, etc…
Main account holders can log each profile into their own device and allow them to manage their own profile.

Anybody who has a Family Plan.
Individual Plan where a parent is managing their child.
- To get access to a Family Account you must answer Yes to the question “Are you a parent managing your Child?”
- If you answered the question incorrectly as No, you can contact your club to switch you as a Guardian

- Cancel membership plan
- Freeze membership plan
Purchase Licence Book
Add and manage family member profiles
View all family member profiles by switching profiles
- Perform all tasks within the profiled
Log family members into their profile on their device using a QR code
- Revoke access to family member access
